Accepted Dental Insurance Plans at Pickens Family Dentistry
At Pickens Family Dentistry, we proudly participate with Delta Dental PPO, Cigna PPO, and United Concordia Elite Plus and welcome patients with most PPO dental insurance plans.
If your plan allows you to choose your own dentist, there’s a good chance you can still receive care in our office—even if we’re considered out-of-network. Our experienced team will verify your benefits, file your claims on your behalf, and help you maximize your available dental insurance benefits.
Because every plan is different, your coverage and out-of-pocket costs will vary. Any copays, deductibles, or services not covered by your plan remain the patient’s responsibility. If you have questions about your specific benefits, we’re happy to help you understand your coverage before treatment begins.
Insurance Plans Not Accepted: At this time, we are unable to accept HMO plans, Washington Apple Health, Molina, or Medicaid.

This plan is a discount plan and is NOT insurance coverage. The range of discounts for dental services provided under the plan will vary depending on the type of dental service received. Clerri, LLC, the discount plan organization, does not pay providers for dental services rendered to plan members. Plan members are individuals responsible for paying for all dental services but will receive a discount from those dental providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization.
