Our location is conveniently situated on SE 164th Ave, just off Mill Plain and directly across from Target. To reach us, travel north on 164th Ave. If you require assistance with directions, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you find your way.

Monday: 8 am to 5 pm
Tuesday: 8 am to 5 pm
Wednesday: 8 am to 5 pm
Thursday: 8 am to 5 pm
Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
Please note that we’re open four days each week on an alternating schedule—Monday–Thursday one week, Tuesday–Friday the next—so we can see patients five days a week. Planning to stop by on a Monday or Friday without an appointment? Please give us a quick call to make sure we’re open!
