Dr. Pickens’ Philosophy
Smiling is one of the most powerful and universal expressions of humanity, and I’m honored to enhance my patients’ lives by improving their smiles and oral health. I’ve been told that my calm demeanor and gentle touch help even the most anxious patients feel at ease during their visits. Dentistry is my passion, and I am dedicated to providing the highest level of care by continually advancing my skills through ongoing education and integrating the latest technologies into my practice.
I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where I graduated with honors in 2007. I am a member of several dental groups that provide specialized training in various areas of dentistry, ensuring I have the expertise needed to treat you and your family. These groups offer ongoing education in the specific fields they represent, helping me stay highly qualified in my practice. I am proud to be part of:

When I’m not caring for patients, I am a passionate fly fisherman and Seahawks fan. My wife, Amy, and I stay busy with our two young daughters and two dogs. I especially enjoy outdoor adventures and exploration of the Northwest with my family.
